Return and Refund Policy

Please reach out to our customer service team either by chat or info@goldbathroom.uk to arrange a return before sending any items back. 

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, have not been installed or used, and are in a resale condition.We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or installed. 

Should you decide that you no longer want an item, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund

Once you have arranged your own method of transport back to us, please inform us the name of the carrier used and the parcel tracking number. We recommend selecting an appropriate courier and insuring the items.

You will be responsible for the return of the products and all costs associated with this. Please note that returning orders shipped from outside the UK may be subject to taxes and duties when re-entering the UK. Any such charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the final amount before the refund

All cancelled goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. We will not accept or refund any items that are damaged whilst in your possession or in transit back to us.

Please note we cannot compensate you for any damage caused whilst the item was in your possession or with your selected courier.
