How long will my delivery take?
We ship worldwide.
For UK mainland deliveries take between 2 - 3 working days.
For EU countries deliveries take between 3 – 4 working days, for the rest of the Europe delivery times vary between 4 – 5 working days.
For UAE delivery times are 4 – 5 working days.
For USA and Canada delivery can take up to 6 working days.
For the counties in Oceana zone, delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days depending on the location.
Most of the products will show an estimated lead time, such as 2-3 working days, products are ordered on-demand from our brand partners.
Estimated delivery charges will appear at check out and are calculated based on the product size and delivery location.
Any specific, or exceptional, delivery requirements should be agreed with us at the time of purchase and confirmed by email.
Delivery charges for orders outside mainland Britain, in the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Islands, some remote areas of the country and international deliveries will incur a surcharge.
Please note that the receiver / customer will be responsible for settling any custom clearance fees incurred for goods purchased in the UK and delivered to an address outside the UK.
If you fail to take delivery of the Goods or if you fail to give us adequate delivery instructions on the date agreed for delivery, then we reserve the right to charge you the subsequent delivery charges.
We recommend that you not confirm the start date for installation with your installer until you have received and checked your delivery. If you do not check if your delivery is correct before installation starts, Gold Bathroom will not accept liability for any additional costs that you incur while any product issues are resolved.
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to you when we deliver to your agreed delivery address.
The date of delivery specified by the Seller is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be the essence of the contract, and while every reasonable effort will be made to comply with such dates, compliance is not guaranteed. The Buyer shall have no right to damage or to cancel the order for failure for any cause to meet any delivery date stated.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery cost is calculated at the check out charges depend on whether the items are classified as category 1 or category 2 apply:
- Category 1, items that we send by FedEx courier (e.g. taps and accessories) charges £9.99
Category 2, items that are sent using a delivery freight (fragile, heavy or bulky items, e.g. toilets) charges: £65.00
The total amount within your basket will calculate your delivery charge. Outside the UK: prices will show on the check-out basket.
International deliveries
We usually deliver small items (taps, shower fittings, accessories, etc.) worldwide. Please reach out to us via live chat or send us an email.
Please note that the receiver / customer will be responsible for settling any custom clearance fees incurred for goods purchased in the UK and delivered to an address outside the UK.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery. In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 30 days from the day after the day we received your order. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date, or offer you a full refund.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Large item deliveries
Please note that the driver will not be able to take the items to your property. Please notify us of any transit damage either on the delivery note or if there isn't time to check the items thoroughly upon delivery within 48 hours of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights about manufacturing defects and faults.
Returns
For unwanted items, we offer 30 days for a refund.
Please note that there are a few items we are unable to take back, including made to order taps and showers, shower trays, toilet seats that have been opened. See our full returns policy.
Return Policy
Please reach out to our customer service team either by chat or info@goldbathroom.uk to arrange a return before sending any items back.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, have not been installed or used, and are in a resale condition. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or installed.
Should you decide that you no longer want an item, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund.
After 30 days from the date of delivery, should you wish to return any items we will issue a credit note for items returned up to 90 days from the date of delivery. Please note that any credit notes are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Once you have arranged your own method of transport back to us, please inform us the name of the carrier used and the parcel tracking number. We recommend selecting an appropriate courier and insuring the items.
You will be responsible for the return of the products and all costs associated with this.
All cancelled goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. We will not accept or refund any items that are damaged whilst in your possession or in transit back to us.
Please note we cannot compensate you for any damage caused whilst the item was in your possession or with your selected courier.

Return of Faulty Goods Received
We ask that customer fully inspect all products received on the day of delivery. To ensure a speedy resolution, we must be notified of any items that arrive faulty or damaged within 48hrs of receipt. We will then advise the next course of action. Should we request that you send goods back to us, we ask that you include a receipt for any postage costs that you may incur so that we may refund the full cost of postage. Damaged goods reported within 30 days are subject to your usual statutory rights.
Please note that there are a few items we are unable to take back, once they have been opened:
- shower trays,
- toilet seats,
- any items made to order.
